Scrum Master

Position Overview

We are seeking a certified Scrum Master with a minimum of four years' experience in managing and delivering projects utilizing Scrum methodologies. This is a long-term remote opportunity for candidates authorized to work on W2 visa status.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects following Scrum principles to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate effective communication and foster interpersonal relationships across teams.
• Collaborate within diverse teams spanning multiple cultures and geographic locations.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to teams inexperienced in Agile frameworks to enhance their proficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid Scrum Master certification.
• At least four years of experience in Scrum project management.
• Strong communicative abilities and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with multicultural and globally distributed teams.
• Capability to mentor teams unfamiliar with Agile practices and promote scalability.
