Role Overview
This full-time, on-site Sales Specialist position is located in Buraydah. The key responsibilities include welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, and advising on suitable sports products and services. Daily duties encompass product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits, managing sales transactions, and keeping precise records. Additionally, the specialist aids in merchandising, stock audits, and store upkeep to ensure a neat, organized, and inviting atmosphere. Building and maintaining lasting customer connections, addressing inquiries and concerns, and cooperating with team members to meet sales objectives and enhance the customer journey are essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Effective verbal communication and attentive listening skills.
- Strong customer service aptitude with an emphasis on responsiveness, empathy, and problem resolution.
- Experience in sales, including closing sales, recommending products, and working towards targets.
- Ability to educate customers about products and assist in training new staff.
- Basic understanding of sales management by monitoring performance indicators and aiding sales strategies.
- Previous retail or sports-related work experience is beneficial.
- Availability for on-site work in Buraydah, including potential evenings and weekends.
- Familiarity with standard computer software and point-of-sale systems.
- High reliability, good organizational skills, and keen attention to detail.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related disciplines is preferred though not mandatory.
