Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, relationship-focused Sales Representatives to assist in expanding our clientele. The role involves reaching out to your community and personal circle to introduce Heartful as a valuable resource and facilitate connections between clients and appropriate therapists. This position suits individuals who prefer nurturing meaningful connections and offering support without engaging in high-pressure sales tactics.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage your personal and professional contacts to present Heartful.
• Clarify how the platform operates and assist potential clients in understanding their options, including insurance details when relevant.
• Guide interested persons through registration and therapist matching procedures.
• Maintain track of leads and conduct follow-ups to ensure appointment bookings are finalized.
• Consistently embody Heartful’s mission and ethical values in communications.
• Offer feedback regarding client objections, messaging effectiveness, and what appeals to potential clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort in discussing mental health and therapy sensitively and respectfully.
• Self-driven with the capacity to operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Preferably, existing connections within the Muslim community, though not mandatory.
• Dependable access to phone and internet for outreach and follow-up tasks.
• Experience in sales, community outreach, or client-facing roles is advantageous.
• Knowledge of mental health, wellness, or healthcare services is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media and grassroots community engagement is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

• $50 compensation upon the first completed booking of a client.
• $10 paid for each subsequent therapy session booked with the same client.
• A 6% bonus for any prepaid package priced above $500, paid once per package.
