It also requires comfort with highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information, as well as the flexibility to adapt in a fast-changing environment while setting a high bar for yourself and your partners.
Work arrangement
This role follows a hybrid setup. The work will be split between home and a LinkedIn office on selected days, based on the team’s business requirements.

- Run operational sales processes such as quota administration, territory allocation, audits, and the creation of reports and dashboards.
- Build strong working connections with other Sales Operations teams and cross-functional partners such as business operations, sales leadership, compensation, finance, and systems teams.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in management consulting, finance, sales operations, business operations, or another analytical or operational role.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience using Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint.
