Join Transmed as a Sales Executive where you will actively promote and expand the Foodservice segment by managing both new and existing clients. Your role involves ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by leveraging your product expertise, strong relationship development, and persistence in delivering superior service.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with current and prospective customers regarding the company’s product range and provide tailored culinary solutions;
• Participate in product demonstrations and gather customer feedback to enhance service offerings;
• Analyze customer purchasing motives to offer the most suitable solutions;
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with customers across your designated area;
• Identify and engage new clients to grow business within your territory;
• Increase sales revenue by strengthening ties and offering technical advice to existing customers;
• Coordinate with Logistics and Customer Service teams to uphold high post-order service standards;
• Keep your product knowledge comprehensive and current to assist customers effectively;
• Manage receivables and ensure collections align with payment and credit policies;
• Collect payments, particularly cheque payments, from customers where needed.

Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food Science, or related discipline;
• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant sales role;
• A strong passion for marketing and selling food products;
• Excellent communication abilities;
• Skills in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships;
• Result-driven attitude focused on achieving targets;
• Customer-centric mindset.
