Overview
The Sales Director for Australia will oversee the company's sales operations throughout the Australian and New Zealand markets. The primary objectives include driving revenue growth, increasing market footprint, and nurturing strong partnerships with enterprise customers, distributors, and channel allies.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the national sales plan to accelerate revenue increase.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in major industry sectors.
- Enhance Megger’s market share by locating additional avenues for growth.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Promote solution-driven sales across the full range of Megger’s products.
- Lead, mentor, and foster a high-performing sales team.
- Monitor the sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and oversee commercial outcomes.
- Work jointly with global and cross-functional teams to meet organizational targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience (10-15+ years) in B2B technical sales.
- Demonstrated history as a National Sales leader managing teams.
- Capability to analyze sales performance metrics thoroughly.
- Strong customer service mindset coupled with excellent negotiation abilities.
- Effective communication and team leadership skills.
- Analytical thinker with a problem-solving approach.
- Proven ability to develop and expand distribution networks in Australia and New Zealand.
Additional Information
The compensation will be provided in Australian Dollars (AUD).
