- Enjoy and excel in outbound sales, especially telephone communication, demonstrating determination, persistence, and positive energy.
- Genuine interest in the craft industry and eagerness to understand client challenges and operational workflows.
- Preferably some prior experience related to the craft sector, either through previous jobs, client contacts, or personal exposure, with a strong willingness to learn about the target market intensively.
- High customer orientation with the ability to appear professional, approachable, and reliable during initial contacts.
- Clear and effective communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and the capability to engage others with structured and lighthearted delivery, including humor.
- Ability to work independently, manage schedules reliably, and meticulously prepare and follow up on conversations.
- Diligent documentation in Salesforce, ensuring transparency and quality in the sales initiation phase.
- Openness to new technologies and enthusiasm for integrating AI tools and automation into everyday work for enhanced productivity and results.
- Excellent command of German (minimum C1) and good English skills (minimum B1).
- Team-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for regular in-person collaboration at the Berlin or Hannover offices.
