Sales Coordinator

Overview

Divya Padma Technologies Private Limited is seeking an energetic and proactive Sales Coordinator to join their team in Delhi-NCR. This role acts as a vital link facilitating communication between sales executives and clients, helping to ensure seamless sales processes and client satisfaction. The position is based onsite with responsibilities including client communication, coordination of site visits, and support in sales operations.

Key Duties

• Facilitate effective communication between sales executives and customers.
• Identify barriers in pending deals and contribute to resolutions aimed at closing sales.
• Organize and maintain sales records and client details using Microsoft Excel.
• Engage with clients through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions professionally and effectively.
• Accompany clients to project site visits located within a one-kilometer radius from the office.
• Coordinate with the sales team to deliver a smooth client journey.
• Ensure prompt follow-up on client queries to provide timely responses.
• Assist with day-to-day sales support and administrative duties as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and basic functions.
• Confidence and professionalism in handling client communications.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally for site visits within close proximity to the office.
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and cooperative team player.
• Previous experience in sales coordination or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary ranging between INR 15,000 to INR 45,000.
