Overview

This position focuses on delivering outstanding customer service by prioritizing shopper satisfaction and embodying the Centra brand values. The Sales Assistant will interact with customers passionately and knowledgeably to enhance their shopping experience.

Independent problem solver who also collaborates well within a team, especially in a fast-moving retail environment

Prior experience in customer service is beneficial

Primary Responsibilities

Uphold and demonstrate the Centra values: pride, energy, creativity, and community focus
Maintain a positive demeanor and take accountability for ensuring customers enjoy a superior retail experience
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries following store policies
Manage merchandise displays to keep the store's appearance at a high standard
Embrace new strategies and working methods as introduced
