Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Rostering Partner to join our People & Culture Directorate at Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust. This position plays a vital role in managing the Trust's HealthRoster system to ensure accurate, compliant staff rostering across clinical and non-clinical departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize daily operations of the HealthRoster rostering system.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to rostering, payroll, system functionality, and user challenges.
  • Collaborate with divisional teams to keep roster templates and staffing patterns compliant.
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to managers and users of the rostering system.
  • Generate workforce reports and contribute to data quality assurance, audits, and governance.
  • Support the scheduling of junior doctor rotations and maintain workforce system updates throughout the year.
