Role overview

The hotel is seeking an experienced revenue professional to help increase performance across its brands and properties. The role focuses on improving pricing, managing channels, strengthening inventory control, and using data and technology to support revenue growth.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Finance, and Front Office teams to build and execute revenue plans, support forecasting and pricing decisions, and contribute to the wider revenue management community. The role also includes mentoring junior colleagues and continuing to build your expertise through learning opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Create and roll out revenue strategies for the hotel.
Track competitor rates and market movements, then adapt pricing and tactics accordingly.
Run weekly or bi-weekly revenue meetings and present insights drawn from reporting and performance data.
Prepare topline revenue forecasts and look for ways to increase profit across all revenue streams.
Review performance regularly and refine pricing and inventory controls.
Coach and support junior team members in revenue management methods.
Work with Sales, Finance, and Front Office teams to meet revenue targets.
Coordinate closely with the reservations team to keep bookings managed effectively.
Strengthen market share within the hotel’s competitive set and ensure systems are used effectively to improve RevPAR.
Use knowledge of distribution channels, including online travel agencies and broader distribution networks, to improve hotel profitability.
Maintain strong data accuracy and system hygiene across revenue management and distribution platforms used by the hotel.

Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience in revenue management.
Ability to work independently while still contributing well in team settings.
Strong analytical thinking and sound judgment for revenue-related decisions.
Good understanding of revenue management principles.
Experience with the IDeaS Revenue Management Platform is highly preferred.
Knowledge of distribution channels, online travel agencies, and current market trends.
A collaborative, forward-looking approach and interest in building revenue management as a respected practice.
Curious, open-minded, and eager to learn.

Eligibility and work authorization

Candidates must be fluent in both English and Arabic and be eligible to live and work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Visa support will be provided to successful applicants.
