Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our Food & Beverage team. This role emphasizes delivering outstanding guest experiences, leading and mentoring teams, and maintaining service excellence within our vibrant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring a flawless and exceptional level of service
• Create and maintain memorable experiences for guests by upholding superior hospitality standards
• Coach, inspire, and develop the team to perform at their peak consistently
• Promote a positive, engaging, and collaborative culture among staff
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management to achieve operational targets
• Monitor and respond proactively to guest feedback to enhance service quality
• Coordinate with Culinary and other departments to ensure smooth operational flow
• Contribute to financial objectives through prudent cost controls and revenue enhancement activities
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and brand protocols at all times

Candidate Profile

• Experience in a managerial or leadership position within luxury or high-volume hospitality settings
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with a dedication to team development and motivation
• Customer-centric approach with a heartfelt passion for hospitality
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid operational knowledge of Food & Beverage services
• Ability to stay organized and perform efficiently under fast-paced working conditions
• Positive, proactive leadership style with hands-on involvement

• Competitive tax-free yearly salary amounting to QAR 166,200
