Role Overview

Ritisha Enterprises is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of Ayyappa Dakshinam, a well-established South Indian restaurant in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years managing a 60-seat South Indian restaurant and must be adept at supervising a team exceeding 30 staff members. Additionally, hands-on knowledge of South Indian cooking is essential to ensure quality and maintain kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the entire restaurant staff, ensuring smooth daily functioning of the establishment.
Oversee a staff strength of more than 30 employees to maintain service efficiency and staff discipline.
Apply culinary knowledge to monitor and uphold food quality and consistency.

Additional Information

The restaurant, Ayyappa Dakshinam, has been operating for over 12 years at J-34, Subhash Marg, C-Scheme, Bhagariya Bhawan, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
