Position Overview
Join Bailey Hunter Valley's dedicated team as a Residential Property Manager, where your focus will be managing a portfolio of residential properties and delivering excellent service to property owners and tenants. This role requires a commitment to fostering strong client relationships and ensuring smooth management of tenancy operations.
Primary Duties
- Oversee a portfolio of residential properties efficiently.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with both property owners and tenants.
- Coordinate and supervise repair and maintenance services as required.
- Conduct scheduled property inspections regularly.
- Handle lease renewals and related tenancy paperwork.
- Collaborate closely with contractors and tradespeople.
- Provide outstanding customer service consistently.
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and excellent organizational skills.
- Adept at engaging with people and nurturing relationships.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Possession of a valid driver's licence is mandatory.
- Experience in property management is advantageous but not necessary.
- Holding a current real estate licence is preferred but not a requirement.
