Role Overview

The hotel is hiring a Reservations Coordinator to join its team in Fujairah. This position suits someone who is highly organized, detail-focused, and motivated by guest service. The role plays a key part in shaping a smooth reservations process and ensuring guests receive a seamless, memorable experience from enquiry to booking confirmation.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, contributing to sales performance, and helping the reservations function operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

You will handle booking enquiries and turn them into confirmed sales while keeping the guest journey in mind at every step. The position also involves spotting opportunities to upsell, supporting revenue goals, and keeping an eye on demand trends to help improve profitability.

In addition, you will work closely with the broader team to maintain guest satisfaction and ensure the reservations department runs smoothly. The role calls for a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and a service attitude that helps create memorable stays.
