Role Overview

Join our passionate Child Outcomes Research Consortium (CORC) team of 13 professionals focused on enhancing children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing through data-driven insight and evaluation. This permanent, full-time post offers hybrid working arrangements with at least 20% on-site presence at our London or Manchester offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute actively to research projects employing quantitative and qualitative methods to generate evidence, evaluate outcomes, and inform best practices in mental health services and educational settings.
• Utilise advanced R programming skills to clean, validate, analyse, and report data across multiple research initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders to build and maintain collaborative relationships supporting research goals.
• Coordinate tasks efficiently across various projects to ensure timely delivery.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrable proficiency with R for data analysis and generating reports.
• Experience in designing and conducting research, handling data analysis, and preparing research documentation.
• Capability in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills facilitating effective partnership with participants and external organisations.

Working Conditions and Benefits

• Full-time hours of 35 per week, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM; part-time options of minimum 28 hours weekly considered.
• Annual salary of £35,649 full-time equivalent, alongside a contributory pension scheme (6%).
• Hybrid work model blending home/remote and on-site engagement at London (Rodney Street, London N1 9JH) or Manchester (Jactin House, Hood Street, Ancoats Urban Village, Manchester M4 6WX) locations.
