Relationship Manager (Direct Channel)

About the Role

Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance Company Limited invites applications for the position of Relationship Manager in the Direct Channel. The role is based in Indore, with additional opportunities in locations such as Bhopal (M P Nagar), Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Gurugram, Delhi (Janakpuri, Preet Vihar, Kirti Nagar), and Noida. This position offers a fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹33,000 plus unlimited incentives, with a total CTC between ₹2.8 lakh and ₹4 lakh annually, depending on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored insurance solutions to customers addressing their financial requirements.
• Act as the intermediary between the customer and the company to ensure quality service.
• Conduct direct selling activities through scheduled appointments, including office and home visits.
• Attend to leads and appointments allocated via call centers and generate revenue accordingly.
• Achieve self-sourced business targets consistently.
• Maintain daily sales reporting and management information systems, including lead utilization and conversion tracking.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates must possess a minimum of six months to five years of field sales experience, preferably in personal loans, real estate brokerage, life insurance sales, or BFSI sectors.
• Graduates with strong communication skills in English and any regional language.
• Applicants should be local individuals aged between 25 and 38 years (up to 40 years maximum).
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is mandatory due to the travel requirements.
• Strong sales and marketing acumen with a good contact base and confidence in engaging clients.
