Role Overview

As a Relationship Manager focusing on housing loans, you will be responsible for evaluating and processing home loan applications by carefully analyzing clients' eligibility, income, and necessary documentation. You will provide professional financial guidance, recommending loan products that best fit individual client requirements while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and process housing loan applications verifying eligibility criteria and required documents.
Offer expert financial advice tailored to the client’s home loan needs.
Ensure compliance with HDFC’s policies and government housing finance regulations.
Guide clients through the documentation and application procedures to facilitate seamless approval.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all client interactions and financial transactions.
Work collaboratively with various internal departments and external partners to expedite loan processing.
Build and nurture client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Keep abreast of changes in the housing finance sector, including new policies and regulations.
