Key Responsibilities

Formulate and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates.
Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source potential candidates, scrutinize applications, and conduct interviews.
Collaborate with various department leaders to comprehend their staffing requirements.
Arrange and supervise interview schedules to ensure smooth proceedings.
Manage offer letter generation, onboarding procedures, and related paperwork.
Monitor recruitment performance indicators and generate comprehensive hiring reports.
Develop and nurture a continual pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Ensure candidates experience a professional and positive recruitment process.
Guide, support, and mentor the recruitment team to enhance their effectiveness.
