Job Overview
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will receive direct mentorship and support from your manager and experienced team members. This role offers wide collaboration opportunities internally and with colleagues across regional markets.
- Manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end, including business development, account management, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Acquire new clients and grow existing accounts by delivering outstanding service.
- Conduct meetings with HR contacts or hiring managers to understand hiring needs and share recruitment market insights.
- Identify potential candidates for key clients that range from startups to multinational corporations across diverse industries.
- Interview candidates, negotiate salary packages, and provide interview coaching.

Required Qualifications and Skills
