Role Overview and Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and well-connected Recruiter to spearhead recruitment operations throughout Pakistan. This position involves significantly expanding our recruiter community and cultivating partnerships with leading employers. This is an outward-facing role where you will represent Workistry in Pakistan by identifying talent, establishing strong connections with hiring managers, and extending our recruiter network in major hiring hubs nationwide.
- Identify, attract, and onboard leading recruiters and hiring managers across Pakistan onto the Workistry platform.
- Cultivate and maintain partnerships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies to establish talent collaborations.
- Formulate and implement a strategic growth plan tailored specifically for the Workistry recruiter base in Pakistan.
- Perform candidate sourcing, screening, and matching activities for partnering employers.
- Act as Workistry’s representative at recruitment events, industry meetups, and professional summits within Pakistan.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in recruitment within Pakistan, either agency or in-house.
- Existing robust network encompassing hiring managers, HR specialists, or recruiters in Pakistan.
- Demonstrated success record in making effective placements across various industry sectors.
- Exceptional communication and relationship development skills in English.
- Proficiency with digital recruitment tools including ATS software, LinkedIn, and professional networking applications.
Compensation Details
The role offers an annual salary range from $50,000 to $80,000.
