Key Responsibilities

• Handle lease rollout projects for major retail clients utilizing advanced legal technology while working alongside paralegals and junior lawyers.
• Provide expert advice on inward property investments, including office buildings, logistics hubs, and shopping centres.
• Assist the Finance team with secured lending arrangements and property-backed financing transactions.
• Collaborate effectively within a supportive team environment to deliver complex, high-value assignments at the highest standards.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor dedicated to exceptional client service.

Job Requirements

• At least one year of post-qualification experience in commercial property or real estate law.
• Demonstrated capability to lead transactions independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong drafting proficiency with meticulous attention to detail when preparing leases, contracts, and related legal documents.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with confidence in communicating with clients, agents, and various stakeholders.
• A proactive, solution-focused, and commercially minded approach.
