Role Overview
The Quality Improvement Analyst will take the lead in initiatives to improve quality and support agile development processes that enhance the NC Health Connex system. This long-term contract role is fully remote and focuses on designing and implementing measurement metrics and qualitative data collection techniques that provide insights into system performance, user engagement, and population health trends based on Health Information Exchange Authority (HIEA) data.
Responsibilities
- Lead quality improvement initiatives by applying proven methodologies to enhance processes and promote data-driven decisions.
- Create dashboards, visualizations, and analytic reports utilizing clinical and operational datasets.
- Conduct program evaluations, design surveys, perform statistical analyses, and convert findings into practical recommendations.
- Develop interview protocols, facilitate focus groups, and carry out thematic analysis to ensure thorough evaluation of healthcare programs.
- Synthesize intricate health and interoperability data for both technical professionals and non-technical audiences, including state-level health stakeholders.
