Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic graduate to begin their career in quality assurance within our expanding organization. Joining our Quality Team, you will embark on a two-year Graduate Programme starting in September 2026, offering valuable international exposure, a Yellow-Belt certification, auditor training, and practical experience.
The role involves close engagement with quality processes to ensure product excellence and compliance with industry regulations. Candidates should be prepared to relocate to a sister company for up to six months if required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of quality assurance methods to guarantee products meet required specifications and customer expectations.
- Conduct internal audits, product quality assessments, and inspections to detect potential quality concerns.
- Assist in handling customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution of quality issues.
- Gather and analyze data to track performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards such as ISO and Lean Manufacturing and relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Investigate root causes of quality problems and recommend corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain comprehensive records, prepare reports, and contribute to standard operating procedure documentation focused on quality maintenance.
- Provide training support to employees on quality standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to enhance product quality and operational processes.
- Participate in projects aimed at process improvement and cost reduction while sustaining high-quality outcomes.
- Engage in ad hoc quality-related projects as necessary.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a relevant Honours Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least a 2:1 grade (or equivalent), completed within the last two years or expected by September 2026.
- Proficient in IT, with strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Highly self-motivated, detail-focused, and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the capability to collaborate cross-functionally.
