Role Summary

To enhance production capacity, Quarry Mining seeks to hire a second welding quality control engineer.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must hold CSWIP welding inspector certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• Possess NDT Level 2 certification with hands-on experience in LPT, MPT, and UT testing techniques.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and audit processes is essential.
• Preferably experienced with EN 3834 welding norm compliance.
• Possession of a welding coordinator certificate.
• Experience in steel manufacturing within heavy industries.
• Competence in painting inspection tasks.
• Knowledge of magnetic particle examination procedures.
• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
• Must hold a higher diploma or bachelor's degree.

Skills and Responsibilities

• Review technical drawings and handle related claims.
• Perform factory inspections diligently.
• Conduct assessments of welders and fabricated components.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and AutoCAD software.
