Key Responsibilities

• Conduct manual software testing to assess functionality, usability, and reliability.
• Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive test cases, test plans, and related QA documentation.
• Identify, log, prioritize, and track software defects until they are resolved.
• Perform various types of testing including functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and user acceptance tests.
• Validate fixes to ensure software meets quality benchmarks prior to release.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers during the software development lifecycle.
• Assist in test automation efforts and help enhance QA processes.
• Produce detailed test reports and provide constructive feedback for product quality improvements.

Candidate Profile

• Fundamental knowledge of software testing principles and quality assurance practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience or familiarity with bug tracking and test management platforms is desirable.
• Basic understanding of SQL, REST APIs, or automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright is a plus.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
