About the Role

We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Property Coordinator to assist in the daily management of a real estate portfolio located in Abha. This role offers substantial exposure to various facets of property management, including tenant communication, leasing administration, contractor coordination, operational reporting, and property inspections.

Working within the expanding Saudi Arabia team of Savills, you will collaborate closely with the Property Manager to guarantee seamless portfolio operations, maintain precise documentation, liaise with service providers, and ensure excellent tenant and landlord experiences while fully complying with local laws and company protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operational duties of assigned properties, serving as the primary contact for tenant inquiries, requirements, and grievances.
  • Oversee move-in and move-out activities such as unit handovers, snagging issue follow-ups, documentation processing, and key control.
  • Keep tenancy schedules, lease documents, and databases accurate and updated, ensuring all tenancy agreements are registered on the Ejar system.
  • Support rent billing and collection efforts by monitoring payments, generating statements, and escalating overdue accounts to management.
  • Coordinate with facilities management vendors—covering housekeeping, security, maintenance, and landscaping—to track work orders and monitor service level agreement adherence.
  • Perform regular site inspections, document findings, and work with teams to implement corrective measures.
  • Assist with preparation of weekly and monthly reports detailing occupancy rates, rent collections, maintenance tasks, and tenant feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations including REGA, Ejar, Civil Defence, and municipal bodies alongside internal company rules and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience in property management, real estate administration, facilities coordination, or customer service, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with property management software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Ejar platform and Saudi tenancy procedures is advantageous.
  • Fluent Arabic communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by good English proficiency.
  • Customer service oriented with professional and courteous interaction skills for tenants, landlords, and service vendors.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail to accurately manage records and documentation.
  • Comfortable handling rent invoicing, payment tracking, and basic financial data analysis.
  • Solution-focused and proactive in managing tenant requests and resolving operational challenges.
  • Strong written and oral communication abilities to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset supporting the Property Manager and colleagues, while independently managing assigned tasks.
  • Based in Abha with readiness to travel to Riyadh as needed.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
