Project Supervisor

Overview

Stratosphere Quality is recruiting a Project Supervisor to oversee teams of Quality Inspectors at various manufacturing client locations. This position suits candidates with background in manufacturing leadership who are adept at problem solving, team coordination, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Quality Inspector teams across customer manufacturing sites.
• Ensure compliance with quality benchmarks and safety protocols.
• Coach and train team members to enhance performance.
• Maintain effective communication and foster strong relationships with customers.
• Create work instructions and manage project setups effectively.
• Travel locally to manufacturing plants or warehouses to manage project operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Preferred minimum of 2 years leadership experience within manufacturing.
• Ability to travel locally to various customer facilities including Steel, Talladega, Rainsville, and Gadsden areas.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage: $20.00 per hour.
