Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master with over eight years in Agile project delivery. The ideal candidate will specialize in Scrum Master and Project Manager roles, successfully managing the end-to-end delivery of business-to-consumer digital applications across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities and Expertise

Oversee Agile project management with a strong focus on Scrum methodologies.
Manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release scheduling to ensure timely project completion.
Coordinate effectively with multiple cross-functional teams, maintaining excellent stakeholder communication.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to sustain project momentum.

Qualifications and Tools

Minimum eight years of professional experience in Agile project roles.
Demonstrable track record leading B2C digital projects spanning web and mobile environments.
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum.
Preferred certifications include Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe certifications.
Familiarity with Agile tooling such as Jira and Confluence is highly desirable.
