About the role
This position is centered on supporting the review, analysis, and follow-up of cybersecurity-related requests. The work involves understanding each request in context, coordinating with the right stakeholders, and ensuring the required actions move forward to resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in evaluating requests connected to cybersecurity topics.
- Read each request carefully to understand its background, intent, and needs.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to confirm details and obtain the information needed.
- Monitor request progress and follow through on the required actions until closure.
- Keep accurate records of updates, milestones, and final outcomes for each request.
- Call out any missing inputs, delays, dependencies, or support needs to the appropriate teams.
- Prepare concise summaries and status updates on request analysis and tracking.
- Help ensure alignment with cybersecurity, governance, and operational expectations.
Requirements
- A solid grasp of cybersecurity principles and related terminology.
- Capability to assess requests, interpret context, and identify the next actions needed.
- Background in coordination, tracking, analysis, or operational support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with stakeholder management ability.
- Good documentation, reporting, and follow-up skills.
- Comfort working with teams across different functions.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to cybersecurity-related coordination work.
