About the Role
As a Project Manager at Monster Energy, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale technology and strategic business projects critical to company growth and innovation. Positioned within the Sales division and reporting directly to the VPGM of Canada Sales, you will collaborate across various departments to ensure project alignment, strict adherence to timelines and budgets, and mitigation of potential risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage project details including planning and execution phases, ensuring that multidisciplinary teams meet project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve project-related issues promptly.
- Maintain communication channels to deliver ongoing status updates and establish effective project communication plans.
- Provide reports on project progress, including budget planning and final cost analysis where applicable.
- Foster clear written and verbal communication with third-party providers to guarantee quality service delivery.
- Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving techniques to enhance business processes and secure project success.
- Manage partner expectations and track deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Represent Monster Energy's brand culture and values from project inception through to completion.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or closely related fields, or possesses equivalent practical experience.
- Has between 3 to 5 years of experience in project management roles.
- Demonstrates 1 to 3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and concurrently managing multiple projects.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experienced with project management platforms such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
Compensation & Additional Information
Monster Energy offers a competitive total compensation package. The anticipated yearly salary range for this position is CAD 72,000 to CAD 96,000. Final compensation will depend on skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location.
