Project Coordinator

Job Overview

As a Project Coordinator at Divine Technozone located in Delhi-NCR, you will oversee coordination from project initiation through completion. This role demands liaising between site teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication between site teams, contractors, vendors, and client representatives.
• Track project timelines and progress to maintain schedule adherence.
• Prepare essential documents such as BOQ, site reports, and regular project updates.
• Conduct site visits to assess work quality and development stages.
• Plan and allocate material resources and manpower efficiently.
• Understand client requirements thoroughly and provide clear guidance to the team accordingly.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Diploma or graduate degree, with preference for Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical fields.
• Between 1 to 5 years of experience in site or project coordination roles.
• Experience in LED, signage, construction, or AMC projects is highly preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Willingness to perform fieldwork on-site as required.
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination and reporting.

Compensation

The monthly compensation package ranges from INR 18,000 to INR 20,000.
