Role Summary
The Project Assistant handles comprehensive project planning and scheduling, manages resource allocation and financial controls, provides technical guidance, and ensures adherence to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include managing project timelines (Microsoft Project expertise preferred), controlling project costs (experience with software like Vista is advantageous), overseeing project specifications and quality assurance, administering contracts, and implementing safety protocols.

Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Teams/Tremble Construction One, and Vista software
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or a construction-related field
- Capability to contribute effectively to construction projects ranging from $2M to $25M involving full site grading processes, from clearing through pavement markings
- Willingness and ability to travel within the regional area as required
