Production Operator (Cook) - Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Operate various machinery, equipment, and production processes efficiently.
• Spot potential hazards and collaborate with Team Leaders to resolve issues proactively.
• Adhere strictly to Quality, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hygiene, and Food Safety policies and procedures.
• Accurately complete all production, quality assurance, and safety documentation.
• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on food production machinery to ensure optimal operation.
• Engage actively in team settings and participate in job rotation activities to support diverse production needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Preferably possess experience within the FMCG sector or food manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in machinery operation, cleaning, changeover processes, and equipment maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and an understanding of mechanical systems.
• Forklift licence is advantageous but not mandatory; experience with Walkie Stacker operation is required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with team members and document procedures.
