Role Overview

The Product Owner will lead the product roadmap and day-to-day operations for assigned features within the Product team. Collaborating closely with Design, Engineering, and Data teams, the role involves transforming complex challenges into scalable, user-centric solutions. The Product Owner will oversee all phases from conception to launch and ongoing product enhancements, while coordinating cross-functionally and communicating progress to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Define team objectives, success criteria, and product roadmaps aligned with overall business goals.
• Leverage data insights, market trends, and company strategies to maximize impact.
• Take full ownership of product lifecycle including ideation, development, launch, expansion, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Design and UX teams to create intuitive and engaging customer journeys.
• Coordinate with Engineering to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.
• Partner with departments such as Marketing, Legal, and Strategy to align efforts and compliance.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced technology company or financial sector segments such as payments, cryptocurrency, investing, or insurance.
• At least 2 years of proven results managing consumer-facing mobile products.
• Over 1 year of experience leading and managing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong appreciation for UX/UI design principles and best practices.
• High analytical ability combined with solid business judgement to prioritize ROI-driven initiatives.
• Ability to craft and communicate a clear product vision and successfully engage with leadership, customers, and partners.
• Experience spearheading product development and launches independently.
• A proactive attitude to offer insights and achieve measurable outcomes in ambiguous and dynamic environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university is advantageous.
