Role Overview
The Business Platform Product Operation team focuses on supporting the BytePlus Cloud business model. As a Product Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in aiding sales teams, customers, and service units throughout the complete customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience across user centers and product consoles.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational assistance to sales, customers, and service teams to optimize acquisition and ensure excellent user experience.
- Create and maintain comprehensive platform knowledge resources such as help articles, training guides, videos, and conduct training sessions for both internal teams and external users.
- Gather, consolidate, and verify functional requirements from multiple stakeholders and user groups.
- Plan and manage projects involving diverse teams, coordinating resources, timelines, and dependencies to guarantee successful completion.
- Coordinate alignment meetings with business owners, engineers, and designers to manage priorities and modifications on the platform's website.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 3 years in product management roles.
- Demonstrated experience in business requirement analysis and system design related to cloud commercial support functions such as ordering, payments, invoicing, and contracts.
- Strong skills in product and project management.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
- Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin is required due to collaboration with teams in mainland China.
