Role Impact and Responsibilities

  • Assist Customer Success teams in boosting user adoption and represent the company at industry events and meetups to nurture the open-source eBPF and Tetragon communities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years, Master’s plus 6 years, or PhD plus 3 years in product management or cybersecurity product development.
  • Experience in Cloud Native security and SecOps workflows, including threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and offensive security methods.
  • Track record developing enterprise-grade software for Fortune 500 clients, managing entire product lifecycles from conception through launch.
  • Proven skills in leading product strategy and roadmap creation, securing cross-functional alignment among engineering, marketing, and sales, and communicating a cohesive product vision.
  • Familiarity with the Cloud Native security market landscape and expertise in Go-To-Market strategies and Product-Led Growth initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge of Kubernetes and Kubernetes Security, including eBPF, Linux, and kernel-level concepts.
  • Experience with SecOps tools, such as SIEM/log management systems (Splunk, ELK, Google SecOps) and IDS/IPS tools (Suricata, Zeek, Snort, OSSEC).

Compensation and Benefits

The target salary range for this role in the U.S. and Canada is from $168,800 to $241,200 annually, not inclusive of incentives, equity, or benefits. Actual salary depends on location, skills, experience, education, and certifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with match, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, and stock grants vesting over employment periods.

Paid time off includes 10 holidays annually plus a floating holiday for non-exempt employees, a birthday day off, year-end shutdown, wellness days, and vacation (16 days accrued annually for non-exempt; flexible policy for exempt employees).
