Role Summary

The Product Manager will be instrumental in steering the development and success of AI and Decision Intelligence products. This role requires overseeing the entire product lifecycle from initial concepts to execution, ensuring that each product meets criteria of value, feasibility, usability, and business viability. The incumbent will coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams, including design, AI/ML, and software engineering, to minimize risks and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Duties

• Examine business workflows to uncover challenges, procedural logic, and limitations.
• Bridge customer requirements with organizational goals to foster collective team ownership.
• Work collaboratively with design, engineering, and AI/ML experts to maximize product quality.
• Create, prioritize, and manage product plans and feature backlogs to adapt to changing demands.
• Attain comprehensive knowledge of product specifications, client expectations, and the competitor landscape.
• Continuously gather and apply market and user insights to improve product offerings.
• Ensure alignment of progress and objectives among stakeholders and product teams.
• Lead quality control processes to uphold product standards.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and support product launch strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Between one to three years' experience in product management, design, or software development.
• Proficient knowledge of product management frameworks such as LEAN and concepts like Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
• Strong communication skills to effectively articulate ideas to varied audiences.
• Good understanding of AI/ML processes, user interface/user experience, and software engineering to aid team collaboration.
• Demonstrated capability to develop and maintain product roadmaps and monitor progress.
• Competent in conducting user and market research to derive strategic insights.
• Flexible and skilled at navigating teams through evolving objectives and adjustments.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira.
• Knowledgeable in UI/UX design and prototyping tools like Figma.
• Well versed in best practices for documenting and reporting product information.
