Role Overview
The Apna Advantage team is seeking a passionate Product Analyst focused on product analytics and experimentation to help shape the future of our platform. This role requires strong technical skills to address challenges across various business segments in a data-centric manner. You will have the autonomy to develop and implement a clear vision for delivering advanced analytics solutions, including A/B testing, offline evaluations, and exploratory analyses. Your responsibilities include ensuring the integrity of decisions informed by these analyses by supporting experiment design, performing data analyses, and communicating results effectively.
You will collaborate closely with business leaders to provide actionable insights derived from ongoing tests and studies and work alongside the data science team to implement sophisticated experimentation methods aimed at long-term scalable improvements to our machine learning applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and track essential performance metrics to measure product success and apply a data-driven approach to product iteration.
- Perform in-depth statistical examinations to identify critical factors influencing the business.
- Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across multiple experimental programs.
- Apply standard t-tests, advanced analytics, and existing data science frameworks to derive insights from experimental data.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to evaluate the impact of new product releases by reviewing target launch metrics, A/B test outcomes, and post-launch performance.
- Communicate findings and product performance results to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Adopt and integrate new tools and technologies to enhance analytics and experimental capabilities.
- Promote a collaborative and shared learning atmosphere to strengthen the team's analytical expertise.
Qualifications and Skills
- Between 1 to 3 years of professional experience in analytics roles.
- At least 1 year of experience creating statistical solutions related to A/B testing, multivariate testing, causal inference, and experimental design.
- Proficiency in SQL programming for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities with the capability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in managing stakeholder relationships.
Preferred Attributes
- Familiarity with statistical programming languages such as Python or R.
- Demonstrated passion and expertise in Mobile or Web product analytics.
- Previous hands-on involvement in designing and executing experimentation strategies.
- Solid foundation in analytics, statistics, machine learning, and research methodologies.
- Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders including product managers, data scientists, and engineers.
- Working knowledge of product analytics platforms similar to Mixpanel or Amplitude.
