PowerPoint Specialist - Remote Contract Role

Role Overview

We are looking for a PowerPoint Specialist to engage remotely under a contract, focusing on designing and executing complex business tasks using professional-level PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills. The role involves working closely with advanced language models (LLMs) to create, edit, and assess Office Open XML documents, particularly .pptx files representing high-level Fortune 500 business scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Design sophisticated business-driven tasks emulating real-world professional environments requiring multi-hour effort without AI help.
• Collaborate interactively in multi-turn conversations with a language model, providing iterative feedback and selecting the best AI-generated deliverables.
• Develop prompts aimed at testing and enhancing AI handling of business documents across various industries and functions.
• Document insights and recommend improvements for LLM application to complex business documentation workflows.
• Support use cases in reporting, presentation, analysis, and proposal creation across diverse sectors.

Desired Qualifications

• At least 3 years recent experience handling complex projects at Fortune 500 firms or top-tier consulting companies.
• Expertise in PowerPoint, deep experience with Excel and Word, and proven track record creating and reviewing professional business documents.
• Experience developing realistic business process scenarios and workflows for modeling, strategic reporting, and executive presentation needs.
• Strong communication capabilities both written and verbal, with ability to provide precise, actionable feedback.
• Prior use of large language models or AI-driven tools in iterative conversational settings is highly advantageous.
• Relevant professional backgrounds include roles in private equity, investment banking, consulting, FP&A, HR, or marketing strategy.
