Responsibilities

• Conduct personnel procurement and recruitment of new applicants
• Provide comprehensive support to both customers and employees
• Plan and coordinate personnel deployment schedules
• Maintain and update SAP system data
• Assess and evaluate candidates effectively
• Foster close collaboration and maintain contact with recruiting agencies
• Perform general disposition tasks within the personnel services domain

Requirements

• Strong commercial acumen and business-oriented thinking
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Self-driven with dynamic and persistent pursuit of goals
• Preferably advanced knowledge of labor law
• Result-oriented, quick comprehension, excellent communication skills, flexibility, and resilience
• Proficient IT skills
• Valid Class B driving license is mandatory
