Role overview
This position is for a dependable and organized Personal Assistant who can support both professional and personal day-to-day needs. The role suits someone who is proactive, detail-focused, and able to stay ahead of requirements while helping tasks run smoothly.
The selected person will act as a trusted support partner, managing calendars, arranging activities, handling communication, and taking on a variety of administrative and personal duties. Strong discretion, adaptability, organization, and a service-oriented mindset are important to succeed here.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Review and handle emails, calls, and other communications when appropriate.
- Align personal and work schedules so key priorities stay on track.
- Protect sensitive information and maintain strict professionalism and confidentiality.
- Support event coordination, bookings, reservations, and special initiatives.
- Carry out research and collect information as required.
- Draft documents, reports, presentations, and written correspondence.
- Complete occasional personal errands and arrange household or lifestyle-related services.
- Keep files, records, and important documents well organized.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and commitments through to completion.
- Provide general administrative help and assist in resolving daily issues efficiently.
Qualifications and work style
- Background in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support position.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills.
- Comfort with juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Professional judgment, integrity, and a high standard of confidentiality.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
- Good attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on your own while staying in regular contact.
