Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our paid acquisition strategy across the EMEA markets. This role will be exclusively responsible for managing paid social, paid search and shopping, and programmatic advertising campaigns to drive sustainable Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) revenue growth, customer acquisition, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate blends data-driven analytical expertise with a hands-on mentality to optimize the digital conversion funnel. You will sit at the intersection of growth marketing and commercial execution, continuously testing and scaling digital channels to capture market share.

The Performance Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Growth Marketing and is based out of our Stuttgart, Germany headquarters.

Leadership & Ownership

  • Own the day-to-day execution, performance, and strategy of paid social, paid search & shopping, and programmatic ad channels across Europe, Middle East and Asia.
  • Take full accountability for targets and Core KPIs, including ROAS, CAC, MER, and profitability.
  • Manage the paid media budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation across platforms and markets.
  • Ensure a clear and consistent brand identity across all digital marketing consumer touchpoints.

Strategy & Growth

  • Develop, steer, and execute scalable growth campaigns with a clear focus on DTC performance.
  • Build out targeting and structure media buying frameworks to scale international market share.
  • Design, implement, and maintain rigorous testing roadmaps to drive continuous account efficiency.
  • Understand the full B2C conversion funnel and optimize user paths from discovery to purchase.

Execution & Optimization

  • Ensure flawless campaign setup, tracking configuration, and ongoing optimization across ad platforms.
  • Actively participate with creative resources to brief, test, and iterate high-performing ad creatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on channel health metrics, translating insights into clear growth levers.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to maximize campaign output and efficiency.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with the eCommerce team to align ad spend with site features and enhancements.
  • Partner with international teams regarding markets, commercial goals, and global priority alignments.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to align demand forecasting with market inventory levels.
Qualifikation
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid acquisition channels for a high-growth DTC brand.
  • Proven track record of managing scalable growth budgets with a focus on efficiency and profitability.
  • Deep expertise across the Meta Ads, Google Ads ecosystem, and modern programmatic platforms.
  • Strong analytical thinking and understanding of e-commerce unit economics, CAC, ROAS, and MER.
  • Hands-on mentality: prioritizing, testing, and implementing with an execution focus under uncertainty.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in German or other European languages is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work out of the Stuttgart, Germany office is preferred.
