  • Strong grasp of analytics, conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and metrics-oriented marketing.
  • Advanced use of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Expertise in evaluating performance data to refine campaigns according to marketing KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and excellent quantitative abilities — including proficiency in Excel.
  • Tertiary education preferred or proven equivalent industry experience.
