  • Participate in audit readiness including SOX and internal compliance by validating related data and documentation.
  • Uphold data privacy, security and compliance requirements across global regions.
  • Create and update Standard Operating Procedures and process documentation.
  • Partner with stakeholders to streamline processes while preserving compliance standards.
  • Manage complex employee lifecycle transactions such as job changes and employment updates on a global scale.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Talent, and People Partners to ensure smooth operational transitions.
  • Serve as a primary contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding People systems, policies, and benefits.
  • Resolve service requests independently and escalate sensitive issues when necessary.
  • Provide guidance to team members on process execution and system-related matters.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
  • At least three years of experience in People Operations, HR administration, or related systems support roles.
  • Practical knowledge of HRIS platforms (such as Hi-Bob), payroll systems (UKG), and ATS integrations.
  • Experience supporting audit and compliance activities related to data validation.
  • Strong attention to detail, with proficiency in data reconciliation and Excel.
