Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous Pattern Master to develop and refine garment patterns according to provided designs. The role involves creating size gradings, preparing production-ready patterns with precise measurements, and ensuring apparel meets quality and fit standards.

Responsibilities

• Create precise garment patterns from design specifications.
• Develop graded patterns for multiple sizes as required.
• Prepare patterns ready for production, ensuring proper fit and measurements.
• Verify and approve Size Set Samples for accuracy in sizing and fit.
• Inspect Pre-Production Samples to ensure they meet the required standards before mass manufacturing.
• Collaborate with design, sampling, and production teams to execute accurate pattern development.
• Recommend modifications to patterns and garment construction to improve fit and production efficiency.
• Maintain consistent garment fit, quality, and production benchmarks.
• Keep detailed records of pattern versions and update revisions systematically.

Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive experience in pattern making and grading techniques.
• Familiarity with woven, knitted, and uniform garment types is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of garment construction principles, fit, and measurement standards.
• High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively coordinate with sampling and production teams.
