Partnerships Business Analyst

About the Role

This opportunity enables you to contribute to the management and expansion of strategic technology partnerships within a dynamic SaaS company. You will support integration processes, partner relationships, and business development efforts by collaborating with multiple internal teams including product, engineering, legal, and support to ensure partnerships advance smoothly from initial engagement through sustained success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing and nurturing initial partner relationships, identifying potential technology partners and main contacts.
• Manage the lifecycle of partnerships from early interest, through certification and onboarding, to launch and ongoing support.
• Keep detailed records of partner agreements, integration progress, renewal schedules, contracts, and key performance indicators.
• Facilitate effective communication channels between internal departments and external partners, ensuring priorities and updates are clearly conveyed.
• Support contract administration by tracking stages of legal review, approvals, execution, and unresolved actions.
• Maintain organized partner documentation, contact lists, escalation procedures, and operational tools.
• Aid product leadership in prioritizing partnership initiatives, integration opportunities, and roadmap planning.
• Monitor the health of the partnership pipeline and generate reports on integration status and partner performance metrics.
• Contribute to ongoing relationship management through routine check-ins, issue resolution, and contract renewals.
• Develop and refine tracking systems, workflows, and processes to streamline partnership operations.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ professional experience in business analysis, project coordination, operations, partnership management, account management, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant work experience also considered.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across product, engineering, legal, support, or external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, adept at fostering strong professional relationships.
• Comfort with proactive outreach, scheduling, and partner engagement activities.
• Strong organizational capabilities, managing numerous deadlines and tasks simultaneously.
• Process-driven approach with experience maintaining trackers, calendars, CRM records, and documentation.
• Understanding of, and ability to support, contract and legal review procedures.
• Self-motivated and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Prior exposure to partnerships, business development, vendor management, account management, or B2B SaaS sectors is an advantage.
