Lotte Duty Free Singapore is hiring a part-time Product Support Assistant in Singapore. The role supports daily stock movement, inventory handling, and store fulfilment tasks across the retail and back-end operations area.

Key responsibilities

Receive incoming stock and deliveries and help keep all incoming goods moving through the process smoothly.
Support the transfer and return of outbound stock.
Make sure all paperwork connected to inventory movement is accurate and properly maintained.
Send duty-free orders to departure gate holding rooms before gate closure for travellers.
Help organise and store inventory in the back-end storage area or office.
Replenish stock displays in the stores when needed.
Assist with IShop Changi order fulfilment by picking and packing items.
Take on other duties assigned by supervisors or retail managers as required.

Requirements

Comfortable handling heavy items and carton boxes.
Well organised and self-driven.
Able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Available to commit for 2 months.
Open to shift-based working hours.
