Role Description and Responsibilities

• Provide in-home childcare for multiple families, primarily infants to toddlers, with highest demand for children under two years old.
• Engage children safely with hands-on activities tailored to their developmental stages.
• No transportation of children required.
• Maintain tidiness by cleaning up after activities or meals related to the child's care.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $22 to $25.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Experience in childcare, either paid or volunteer, with mandatory infant care experience.
• Reliable personal transportation and ability to commute to multiple family residences in the area.
• Availability to work at least three weekdays per week, each shift lasting between 6 to 8 hours, scheduled between 7 AM and 7 PM.
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness to the staffing supervisor, accompanied by a friendly, positive demeanor when meeting families.
