About the Role

Located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, this position seeks a seasoned Organizational Development Manager to join and enhance our Human Resources team. The role centers on spearheading strategic initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and foster business expansion within a vibrant retail environment.

Core Responsibilities

Lead organizational design efforts to optimize structures and processes.
Manage performance systems to align employee goals with business objectives.
Develop and implement KPI frameworks to track and boost performance.
Plan and execute succession strategies to ensure leadership continuity.
Conduct workforce planning to meet current and future organizational needs.
Create and maintain competency frameworks to enhance talent capabilities.
Oversee job evaluation and grading to ensure fair and equitable compensation structures.
Facilitate comprehensive talent development programs.
Drive change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Organizational Development or HR Strategy roles.
Proficient expertise in organization design, performance management, and competency frameworks.
Prior experience within retail, fast-moving consumer goods, luxury retail, or manufacturing sectors is preferable.
Demonstrated strong analytical thinking, leadership qualities, and proficiency in managing stakeholder relationships.
Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is essential.
